  1. Let's just say the Gabrielle Union discussion reminded me of this vlog.

    1. You'd think the UK baby mama (while he was undeniably married!) would have been a ginormous red flag, but...hey, who can't hear will feel.

    2. Have you ever seen the show "Who the Bleep Did I Marry?" For some people, the man or woman can be waving red flags in their faces like a majorette at a homecoming dance and they will ignore, ignore, ignore.
If someone has kids all over the place (or kids with a bunch of different dads) and they are all the same/close in age, then you might want to acknowledge that monogamy is not part of their character.
So he kind of spelled it out. You cant' change people. You can control your actions. I don't even think it's about anything other than self-respect and realizing that you should pick and deserve someone in your life who isn't going to humiliate you, denigrate you, and take you for granted.
Both Mashonda and Alicia Keys have seen that this man will make babies with women and leave them all without blinking. It's just a matter of when he gets permanently tired of you.
No way he's not making babies or sticking his sausage in some other boxes while married to Alicia Keys. It's coming.
And aside from the truthfulness and common sense in his video, he had me DEAD when he said that Mashonda would need to get those other R&B chicks to try to take Alicia Keys. She does look like she could put a whooping on someone.
People are such hypocrites about women in porn. They want to enjoy it but want the women lying next to them at home to be "pure" and like he said, they don't care if someone else's daughter is the one they are looking at.
I'm not sure I get going into a psych ward b/c the married man you had a baby with wont' return your calls. That's on some other stuff too.

    1. Well, now it's 2014 and I think Gabrielle Union is taking that crown.

    2. My mom always thought that Gabrielle was beautiful but ditzy. Now I see what she means .

    1. That man has never been monogamous. So I'm sure he's stepping out. We just haven't seen any new babies pop up yet.

  4. Like the post you did about poor white republicans just needing to be able to look down on someone, I feel some women are the same way. They will fight tooth and nail over the sorriest man if it just means the other woman or women don't get him or "win" him. The man usually ain't even worth a shit and I think a lot of the women that do this know that but they have to be the one that wins him. The man is secondary, beating out the competition of other women comes first. And "putting a ring on it" becomes the grand prize of this "Triflin' Athlon".

  5. Kid Fury made me remember of another person I lost my respect for..... Alicia Keys.

What I didn't know was that he had 2other baby mothers....OMG! I don't know who is worse, Swiss B,Future or Dwayne Wade? They seem to run neck and neck and its shameful. Though there are all sorts of women that do it.,it just shames me as a Black woman that they couldn't find better. It's like theyre desperate for a to be married and they go along with the first thing that came in their faces (come to think about it all three wanted/wants to be married).

I prefer a guy without a ready made family but if he have a prior family I would hope that he wouldnt have multiple kids with multiple women. I run and have ran from guys like that. They're have no clue what committment is. Ciara really disappointed me. Her grandparents has been married for over 50yrars and her parent 30.She said that she wants to be married and have a large family. Uh..that would be great if only the man in question didn't have havebaby mothers from the U.S. to Timbuktu? I have a feeling that Ciara folks don't have multiple families all over the place like Future do. One would have thought that her folks would have been great role models in showing her commitment.

Kid is so right. Guys like that isnt going to commit to them because they didn't know how to commit to their previous baby mothers. It doesn't matter how much money or good looks they have (Oops.. Gabrielle is getting old. Hell be the loook out pretty soon),it will not make a man stay with them and being that they're athletes/entertainers....please! The way they got them is the way they'll lose them.

    1. People like Alicia Keys and the rest of them should look at Tory Spellings example of how money and fame don't hold men. What a coward. Then again, its one of those cases of how you got em is how you will lose em. (Source: Hollywoodlife.com ) the January 21st article.

    2. Yes, Eddie Cibrian only jumped on that train b/c he's never been better than a B or B- list supporting character (it seems like he got fired from CSI Miami I think and most of his roles are as "walk-on hot guy"). He likes that money and getting to live an A-list lifestyle without having to work. And you can see how desperate she is to hold on to him since she seems to have stopped eating and got those heinous implants (which the rumor mill says are BOTH on his instructions).
They are a train wreck b/c she spends WAY too much time on social media fighting with his ex (who also needs to accept that her dog of a husband is gone).
These women fighting over Dwayne Wade or Eddie Cibrian or any of them would be like pulling over a bag of flaming dog poo. Okay, so you got it but is anyone really going to be impressed or wish they were you?

I can't stand that whole "won't let the other woman win" or "we are strong than this"? Stronger than what? You get to be the stupid chick who is washing his drawers when he's out with his side chicks and baby mammas? This is one situation where actually the baby mammas probably have it better b/c they are paying his bills or feeding him...
What I don't understand is how Gabrielle Union seems be getting sillier as she gets older. I don't know anything about her first marriage but she was married from her late 20's to mid 30's (to a pro-athlete, although not a star) so I don't know what is so amazing to her about getting a 2nd ring.
It seems like she's enjoying the party life even if it means making a fool of herself. And don't get me wrong, she has no kids, she's not married, but now that she is settling down again she is totally settling no many how many A-list parties and awards shows she gets to be at (and somehow she and DWade ARE always front and center during Black awards season).
Sigh. You are supposed to PROGRESS not REGRESS as you age.

  6. "sad, tragic, ghetto-ass, street, basic bitches"

I think while this line is hilarious, this is crux of what's got folks heading to the bar. It's moments like these where we get to really learn something appalling about a famous person. All this money, all these connections, all these perks and privileges....and this is best these Negresses can do? How is this any different from the bullshit happenin' in the hood?

Mind you...Julia Pace I'm-a-goddess Mitchell doesn't have nearly their fame or fortunes...yet she hooked her an upscale businessman from a proud family and last I checked, we ain't heard drama from them since.

    *blink*

Alicia Keys, Ciara, and Gabrielle Union couldn't do the same?

    1. I mean, did Janet Jackson's wedding to foreign billionaire teach these heffas nothin'?

      Delete
    2. ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^TALK ABOUT IT!!! Janet didn't do nothing but UPGRADE with every new man she got. Why do these women think it's OKAY to be with men who have shit on other women for whatever reason?

You can't think that your pussy is good enough to make him behave, because I'm sure those other women thought the same thing and you see where it got them. (See Kid Fury's video: "Friday vs Friday and Keri Hilson's Cooch). I just don't understand why these beautiful sistahs think that this is the best they can do. And don't get all shocked and shaken when the men do the exact same thing to them.

      Delete
    3. Yep.. Janet really need to teach her peers a lesson on upgrading their men.

Eve also did an upgrade. She was a stripper and she's engaged to a billionaire. If they can do I just don't get why they can't. They must really believe that no good Black men exists. Its a crying shame how they would stoop so low to be get married.

    4. The other funny part is that based on the way society (and we as black people) judge each other, Julia Pace Mitchell (had to google her), SHOULDN'T be the one with the rich, educated black husband.

So it kind of shows how fulfilling society's superficial notions of beauty didn't help Ciara, Alicia Keys or Gabrielle Union, or many other black women in entertainmen who are considered to be "dimes." So much emphasis is put on the idea that you need to look a certain way to get or keep a man, and we see time and again that doesn't add up to anything as all of these supposedly picture perfect women remain alone, are side pieces, are abandonned as baby mamms, or are on the "sharing" plan. I mean, it would take a while to create the list of women who are playing themselves.

Julia is beautiful but she is short, dark-skinned and plump. So a lot of people expect that to mean she would have to settle for crumbs.

Google also told me that she is happily living in Ohio with her husband and new baby. So she was okay giving up the madness that is Hollywood and live a (well, not so regular life if your husband is part of a family owned petroleum company).

I dunno...her website's been vastly upgraded, she's had the baby...she may very well shed a few & get back into acting (I hope to see her in something soon), but either way, I am remain so proud of how this woman has handled herself. And the fact she's doing better than all these other folks screams volumes.

    6. How is this any different from the bullshit happenin' in the hood?-Because a lot of them do not want to be labeled sellouts! Or called gold diggers for wanting a man with something.

  7. Oh god yes ! Let me not forget about LeeAnn. It's only a matter of time before 'ol Eddie will ditch her with those sneaky eyes of his.

  8. Don't forget about Fantasia.

  9. Yep... the sad part about her is that the man didn't even marry her.He went back to his wife. Maybe she wasn't famous enough like the rest. If it was some like Jennifer Hudson her would have. Either way it would have been low. Fantasia need to thank god he did her that favor. He was only after her fame and any money she has.
